Information we collect

When you contact us through the site or by email, we collect what you choose to send: your name, email address, store or brand name, city and state or country, product category, website and your message.

Our form provider and hosting provider may also record standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and, if you are a retailer, to open and manage a wholesale account
• To evaluate a potential brand partnership
• To send business emails about our brands, new products and promotions. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, including our form and CRM provider (HubSpot), our email marketing platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and our affiliated sales and marketing company, SAMPRO. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

Our form provider may set cookies to keep forms working and prevent spam. You can block cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some forms may not.

How long we keep it

We keep business contact information for as long as we have a working relationship with you, and as needed for accounting and legal purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by writing to abe@hammerfamilycollections.com.

Children

This site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
